As a note on the geographical location of Goa on brink of the Arabian Ocean, during Vedic era it was known as Sindhu Sagar, named after the river Sindhu that flows in Pakistan. Like Caribbean sea, water in Arabian Ocean is warmer than the  Atlantic and  Pacific Oceans.
